An affiliate link is a link to a product in an online shop that tells the shop you came from GreenThumb Notes. If you click it and buy something, the shop may pay us a small commission. The price you pay is exactly the same, and you never have to use our links.
Affiliate links may point to gardening tools, planters, seeds, outdoor furniture, lighting and other home and garden products.

How we mark affiliate links
Every article that contains affiliate links has a short note at the top, for example:
“This post contains affiliate links. If you buy through these links, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.”
If we ever publish sponsored content or are paid to feature a product, the article is clearly labelled as an ad (“Advertisement” or “Sponsored”), as required by EU and Austrian law and by the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.
